The Family of Woman Film Festival is moving to September in 2020.
Along with the time of year, The Festival will also have a new home at The Community Library in Ketchum, and all films will be presented free to the public. Festival donors will have reserved seating.
Boise State University, a major sponsor, will present the Family of Woman Film Festival in conjunction with the Andrus Center for Public Policy’s Women and Leadership Conference from September 15 to September 17.
The Family of Woman Film Festival at The Community Library will be September 8 to September 13.
Further details regarding the film and speaker schedule will be announced over the summer.
The Family of Woman Film Festival was founded in 2008 to support the work of UNFPA, the United Nations agency for reproductive health and women’s rights.
“Severe winter weather has plagued us for the last three years.
Film-goers can’t get out of their driveways to see the films, and filmmakers undergo flight delays and bussing.”
